Function Room Hire Conditions

  • Standard room hire fee for 5 hours on a Saturday night is $250 inc GST.
  • Payment for food and beverage packages must be made no later than 7 days prior to event along with final numbers. Numbers can be increased after that date but not decreased.
  • The  function host will be responsible for any damage caused during a fucntion as a result of their guests’ behaviour.
  • All music must cease before 11.30pm for a function that finishes at midnight.
  • For a 21st birthday party, it is a club requirement that a security guard be employed for the night at a cost of $48 per hour to ensure a safe environment both inside and outside the clubhouse. Unfortunately the Club no longer holds events for birthdays under the age of 21.
  • Gordon Golf Club strictly adheres to responsible serve of alcohol practices.
  • All non-members attending a function must sign in to the Club upon entry.
