Function Room Hire Conditions

  • Standard room hire fee for 5 hours on a Saturday night is $250 including GST.
  • Payment for food and beverage packages must be made no later than 7 days prior to event along with final numbers. Numbers can be increased after that date but not decreased.
  • The function host will be responsible for any damage caused during a function as a result of their guests’ behaviour.
  • The club is not available for birthday functions for Patrons under 23 years of age.
  • Gordon Golf Club strictly adheres to responsible serve of alcohol practices.
  • All non-members attending a function must sign in to the Club upon entry
